Return Policy ​

📦 Non-Returnable Items (for Health & Safety)

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on:

Hot sauces, pepper sauces, chutneys, and condiments

Spice blends and dry rubs

Jerk marinades and BBQ sauces

Gift sets containing food items

Jamaican Black Christmas Cakes or any baked goods

Any opened or used item

Any product not in its original packaging

This ensures the safety of all customers and complies with food handling regulations.

✔ If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

We want you to be fully satisfied. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

To submit a claim, please email us at jamaicanspyciflavazs@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. Clear photos of:

    • The product(s)

    • The packaging

    • The shipping box (if damaged)

We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit depending on the situation.

✔ Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged in transit or defective. For all other food items, exchanges are not permitted for health safety reasons.

✔ Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase as long as they have not been packed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at jamaicanspyciflavazs@gmail.com.

✔ Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked Delivered by the carrier:

  • Jamaican Spyci Flavazs is not responsible for stolen packages.

  • If the package is marked Delivered but you did not receive it, please check with:

    • Household members

    • Neighbors

    • The local post office

    • Your delivery driver

✔ Refunds

Refunds (if approved) will be issued as:

  • Replacement product, or

  • Store credit

 

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Customer taste preferences

  • Address errors provided by the customer

  • Packages left outside and exposed to weather

  • Items that have already been opened or consumed
